Erykah, also known as Ever Illustrations, is a third generation Mexican American born and raised in the mountains of Colorado. 

Ever has completed her BFA in Illustration at the Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design. She is an aspiring children’s book author and illustrator who enjoys creating stories that are adventurous like that of her and her siblings childhood memories, with the addition of a cozy and whimsical atmosphere. Ever prefers working traditionally with ink, colored pencil, acrylic paint, and is fond of creating digitally in Procreate. 

When she is not immersed in the artistry of whimsy, Ever is focused on her many hobbies such as reading, junk journaling, experimenting with a new recipe, enjoying the outdoors, and learning the mysterious ways of the knitting needle. 

Ever is a coffee enthusiast and enjoys exploring Colorado towns and cities, searching for the perfect cafe with the best drink to sip on. Ever shares her life with her cuddly chunky cat: Amari, stinky little dog: Geronimo and her partner: Austin.
